Business Development Manager — International Real Estate & Partnerships
About Us
We are building a premium advisory business in the global living, second-home, and international real estate decision space.
Our work helps Indian families, HNIs, and globally minded clients evaluate where to live, where to invest, and which property opportunities deserve deeper review. We use a structured Macro → Meso → Micro research and decision framework instead of simply pushing inventory.
This is an early-stage, founder-led business. The role is ideal for someone who understands real estate relationships, can communicate professionally with developers and brokers, and can also maintain strong documentation discipline.
This is not a conventional property sales role. The goal is not to push one project. The goal is to build a high-quality international partner and property intelligence network.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager — International Real Estate & Partnerships who can identify, approach, and manage relationships with international developers, brokers, agents, lawyers, property managers, and local experts.
The person will help us collect structured project information, coordinate with international partners, maintain partner records, and prepare internal briefs before founder-level meetings.
The founder will handle final strategic relationships, client trust-building, and important closures. Your role is to create a reliable relationship and information pipeline.

- Organize calls and meetings for the founder after initial qualification.
- Maintain a clear record of communication history.
- Keep warm relationships active through periodic check-ins and useful updates.
3. Project Information Collection
- Collect brochures, price lists, floor plans, payment plans, rental estimates, service charges, ownership rules, legal notes, project timelines, and availability sheets.
- Ask partners for missing information in a structured and professional manner.
- Ensure that project data is not scattered across WhatsApp, email, and memory.
- Organize all project files properly in Google Drive or the company’s research system.
4. Research Intake & Documentation
- Use company-defined intake forms and workflows for Macro, Meso, and Micro research.
- Upload and categorize project documents correctly.
- Maintain structured notes on projects, partners, and market observations.
- Support the internal decision system by making sure information is complete, traceable, and usable.

- Summarize who the partner is, what they offer, which projects are relevant, what information is missing, and what questions should be asked.
- Highlight risks, unclear claims, and follow-up requirements.
6. CRM & Follow-Up Discipline
- Maintain a partner and opportunity CRM.
- Track outreach status, meeting status, next steps, documents received, missing information, and partner quality.
- Ensure no important relationship or opportunity is lost due to poor follow-up.
7. Advisory-Safe Communication
- Communicate clearly without overpromising.
- Do not give legal, tax, visa, or investment advice.
- Do not present the company as a generic broker or listing agency.
- Escalate strategic, legal, commercial, and client-sensitive matters to the founder.
