Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Coordinator to manage insurance-related operations, coordinate with insurance companies, and ensure smooth processing of customer applications. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and servicing.
- Process new insurance applications and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up on pending proposals, policy approvals, and renewals.
- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Handle customer queries regarding insurance products and policy status.
- Maintain MIS reports and update internal systems regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Resolve operational issues by liaising with insurers and internal departments.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and submitted within timelines.
- Support audit and compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations or coordination (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Knowledge of Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or General Insurance is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
