Key Responsibilities-
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end management of solar PV projects (rooftop, ground-mounted, or utility-scale).
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate site assessments, feasibility studies, and system design reviews.
- Ensure project execution aligns with technical and client requirements.
2. Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
3. Team & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide project status updates.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Permitting
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
- Manage permits, approvals, and grid interconnection processes.
- Stay updated on renewable energy policies and incentives.
5. Procurement & Logistics
- Oversee procurement of solar panels, inverters, and BOS components.
- Ensure timely delivery and availability of materials at site.
6. Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Address delays and issues proactively.
7. Quality Assurance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce HSE policies.
- Oversee commissioning and project handover.
8. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Prepare progress, financial, and completion reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical/Civli Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in solar or renewable energy project management preferred.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems and installation practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
