Freelance UI/UX Designer
Job Type: Freelancing / Business Partnering / Project-Based

Experience: 3–5 years
Role Purpose
Design simple, professional and user-friendly interfaces for business applications used by corporate teams, factory supervisors and frontline employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern web dashboards for corporate and management users.
- Create simple, mobile-first interfaces for factory supervisors and frontline users.
- Design tablet interfaces with simple, low-step workflows.
- Create WhatsApp conversational UI and user journeys.
- Design regional-language and icon-driven interfaces for diverse users.
- Build rapid prototypes and validate designs through usability testing.
- Work closely with the Product Manager, Developers and QA team.
- Maintain a consistent design system across web, mobile and other product interfaces.
- Convert business requirements into clear user flows and high-quality UI designs.
- Review implemented screens and ensure design accuracy.
Required Skills

- Figma and design-system expertise.
- Responsive web and mobile design.
- Mobile-first and accessibility-focused design.
- Wireframing and rapid prototyping.
- User-flow and conversational UI design.
- Usability testing.
- Icon-driven and low-text interface design.
- Ability to design for low-tech and frontline users.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
Qualification
B.Des / M.Des in Design or equivalent practical experience.
A strong design portfolio can be considered in place of formal qualification.

Experience designing:
- SaaS / ERP / HRMS applications
- Mobile-first products
- Factory or industrial applications
- Kiosks and tablet interfaces
- Blue-collar/frontline-worker applications
- WhatsApp-based workflows
- Regional-language products
- High-volume consumer or business applications
Ideal Candidate
A UI/UX Designer who can bridge the gap between business requirements → simple user workflows → professional visual design → developer-ready components, with a strong understanding of users who may have limited technical or digital experience.

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience, portfolio, capability and agreed partnership structure.
Pay: ₹11,264.78 - ₹48,634.65 per month
