Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Inspector with a minimum of 2 years of experience to ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of solar installation projects. The role involves conducting site assessments, inspections, and documentation across Malappuram and nearby districts, working closely with installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-installation site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Inspect solar panel installations for quality, alignment, and adherence to standards.
- Verify compliance with KSEB regulations and safety protocols.
- Document inspection findings, issues, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to resolve site issues.
- Perform final project inspections and sign-offs before commissioning.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits and inspection reports.
- Train junior staff on inspection best practices.
- Monitor project timelines and report progress to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site inspection, preferably in solar installations or electrical projects.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, mounting structures, and electrical components.
- Familiarity with KSEB guidelines, electrical safety standards, and quality control.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and documentation software.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid two-wheeler and license and willingness to travel across Malappuram district.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills for reporting and team coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
