Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming medical stocks against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Perform inbound activities, including unloading, checking quantity and quality, preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and updating inventory records.
- Ensure proper storage of medicines, medical consumables, surgical items, implants, and equipment as per storage guidelines (FIFO/FEFO, temperature-sensitive items, etc.).
- Label and organize medical stocks accurately to enable easy identification and traceability.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in ERP/MS Excel.
- Process outbound activities by picking, packing, and dispatching medical stocks to hospital departments, branches, or customers as per approved requests.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, delivery challans, invoices, and other inventory-related records.
- Coordinate loading and unloading of medical stocks while ensuring safe handling and preventing damage.
- Conduct periodic stock counts, inventory audits, and reconciliations, and report discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Pharmacy, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other internal departments for timely stock movement.
- Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Report expired, damaged, near-expiry, or non-moving medical stocks to the concerned department for appropriate action.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate or Diploma (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, stores, logistics.
- Mandatory experience in handling medical stocks, including medicines, medical consumables, surgical supplies, or hospital inventory.
- Experience in both inbound and outbound warehouse operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
