Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and assist in offer rollout and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Experience in sourcing through job portals and Boolean search.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS is preferred.
