Roles:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and office positions.
- Source, screen, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Handle joining formalities, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
- Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and factory regulations.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, bonus, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment reports, attendance reports, and other management reports.
- Support management with HR analytics and workforce planning.
Qualification:
- Bachelor//'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or MSW preferred.
