- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and financial controls. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the real estate sector, including project accounting, vendor management, customer collections, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle project accounting and cost allocation for real estate projects.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Monitor customer collections, receivables, and payment follow-ups.
- Process vendor payments and manage cash flow.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasts.
- Support financial planning and management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and government authorities when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and statutory compliance.
- Experience in real estate project accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial reporting).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team and meet reporting deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Exposure to RERA accounting and compliance.
- Knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, and fund management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
