Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about recruitment and human resources and are looking to build their career in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have completed an HR internship or training program and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from the hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Draft and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms.
- Coordinate interview feedback and communicate updates to candidates.
- Assist in onboarding activities and documentation, if required.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to screen resumes and assess candidate profiles.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.A., or equivalent).
- Freshers with minimum 6 months of HR internship or recruitment training are preferred.
