We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
Senior Accounts Executive (suitable for CA Intern / CA
Pursuing candidates) to handle end-to-end accounting,
taxation, compliance, and financial reporting activities.
The role offers excellent hands-on exposure to
manufacturing accounts, statutory compliances, ERP
systems, auditing, and group company operations —
providing a strong platform for career growth in accounting
and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, bookkeeping,
ledger maintenance, and journal vouchers in Tally /
ERP.
- Perform daily cash audit, bank reconciliations, and
day-end closing.
- Manage cash flow, petty cash, fixed assets, and stock-
related accounting entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
statements, finalisation entries, and MIS reports.
- Review and scrutinise accounts on a weekly basis and
support budgeting activities.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely calculation, payment, and filing of GST,
TDS, Advance Tax, and other statutory dues.
- Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other labour
law compliances.
- Prepare and file various statutory forms (including
coordination with CS for DIR-3 KYC, AOC-4, MGT-7,
DPT-3, MSME, etc.).
- Manage LUT, IEC, Udham, and other regulatory
updates.
- Handle import/export documentation and related
accounting.
Reconciliations & Audits
- Perform monthly/quarterly ledger reconciliations,
26AS reconciliation, and stock/fixed assets audit.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and
resolve all audit queries.
- Review purchase bills with PO/rates, expense sheets,
and vendor accounts.
- Prepare debit notes, credit notes, and ensure proper
supporting documentation.
Vendor, Customer & Banking Operations
- Follow up with customers for collections and
coordinate with vendors for payments (after Director
approval).
- Process bank payments, cheque deposits, and maintain
proper payment proofs with approvals.
- Manage supplier/customer accounts and resolve
queries promptly.
- Handle salary processing and statutory payments
within deadlines.
Team Support & Additional Responsibilities
- Supervise and review work of junior accounts team
members.
- Act as a filler/support during any team member’s
absence.
- Prepare Sales reports, Stock Statements, and other MIS
as required.
- Coordinate with banks for CC account review,
payments, and other matters.
- Handle personal accounting of management personnel
and group company compliances.
- Reply to all emails within 24 hours and ensure all tasks
are completed before due dates.
- Any other accounts, finance, or administrative tasks
assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in
accounts & finance (Manufacturing / Industrial unit
experience preferred). CA Intern candidates with
strong practical knowledge are highly encouraged to
apply.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in
Commerce (B.Com / M.Com). CA Inter / CA
Pursuing / CA qualified will be a big advantage.
