We are looking for a creative, performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, drive audience engagement, and support business growth through effective organic and paid digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content and campaign calendars.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
- Implement and support SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Track social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights.
- Manage community engagement and respond to customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations based on analytics.
Preferred
- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing, video content creation, and marketing automation tools.
