Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor front desk staff, concierge, and night auditors. Handle scheduling, performance evaluations, and payroll. [1, 2]
- Guest Relations: Serve as the face of the establishment. Oversee check-in/check-out processes, resolve guest complaints, and troubleshoot emergencies. [1, 2, 3]
- Operations: Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales departments to ensure smooth day-to-day running. Manage room assignments and maintain accurate record-keeping. [1, 2, 3]
- Financial Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, monitor office supplies, verify cash/credit transactions, and prepare routine financial and performance reports. [1, 2, 3]
Essential Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 2–5+ years in front desk, hospitality, or corporate administration, with proven supervisory experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) or corporate reservation software.
