Shift Timings
Candidates should be comfortable working in either of the following shifts depending on the position and business requirements:
Day Shift
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift
9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Shift allocation will depend on the position, process, operational requirements, and candidate availability.

Eligibility CriteriaCustomer Service Executive / Non-Voice / Chat Process Executive
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Candidates should have:
- Strong verbal and/or written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good typing skills
- Basic internet and email knowledge
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Good problem-solving ability
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently from home
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Team Leader
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Candidates should preferably have:
- Relevant experience in Customer Service, BPO, Operations, or a similar environment
- Strong team-management skills
- Leadership capability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage employee performance
- Ability to monitor productivity and quality
- Good computer and reporting knowledge
Previous Team Leader experience will be preferred.
HR Executive
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Candidates should have:
- Strong communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Ability to coordinate with employees and candidates
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage documentation and onboarding activities
Relevant HR experience will be an advantage.
Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Minimum Qualification: Graduate preferred
Candidates should have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate with candidates professionally
- Knowledge of candidate screening and interview coordination
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to maintain candidate records
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered depending on the position.
Trainer
Graduation preferred
Candidates should have:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to train and guide employees
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good computer knowledge
- Ability to conduct virtual training sessions
- Ability to evaluate trainee performance
Previous experience in Training, Customer Service, BPO, or Operations will be preferred.
Mandatory Work From Home Requirements
Since these positions are Work From Home, candidates must have:
- Minimum 100 Mbps stable internet connection
- Reliable internet connectivity
- Reliable power supply
- Quiet and professional workspace
- Ability to attend virtual meetings and training sessions
- Ability to attend online assessments and interviews
- Basic computer knowledge
For eligible positions, the company will provide the required computer/laptop to selected candidates, subject to company policy and job requirements.
Recruitment & Joining Process
Every candidate must successfully complete the recruitment process before being considered for final selection.
The recruitment process consists of the following stages:
Step 1 – Online Assessment Examination
Candidates must first complete the Connect India Online Assessment Exam.
Assessment Details
Assessment Fee: ₹99
Maximum Attempts: Up to 3 attempts
Total Marks: 100
Passing Score: 80/100
Candidates must achieve a minimum score of:
80 marks out of 100 to qualify
Candidates scoring below 80 will not qualify for the next recruitment stage.
Eligible candidates may attempt the assessment up to three times, subject to the assessment terms and conditions.
The ₹99 payment is an assessment/examination fee only and does not guarantee employment, selection, an interview, or a job offer.
Selection will depend entirely on the candidate successfully completing all stages of the recruitment process.

Step 2 – Operations (OPS) Round
Candidates who successfully score 80 or above in the Online Assessment Exam will become eligible for the Operations Round.
During the OPS interview, candidates may be evaluated on:
- Communication skills
- Confidence
- Customer-handling ability
- Previous work experience
- Job knowledge
- Problem-solving ability
- Professional attitude
- Suitability for the selected role
Step 3 – Final HR Round
Candidates who successfully clear the Operations Round will proceed to the Final HR Interview.
During the HR Round, discussions may include:
- Job role
- Salary package
- Shift availability
- Documentation
- Work From Home requirements
- Joining date
- Company policies
- Training and onboarding
Step 4 – Final Selection & Onboarding
Candidates who successfully clear all recruitment stages will receive further communication regarding:
- Final selection
- Documentation verification
- Training
- Laptop/computer allocation, where applicable
- Joining formalities
- Onboarding
- Reporting instructions

Paying the ₹99 Online Assessment Examination fee does not guarantee employment.
The assessment fee is for participating in the assessment process only.
A candidate must independently qualify through:
Online Assessment → OPS Round → Final HR Round → Final Selection
Only candidates who successfully complete all required stages will be considered for employment.
