About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecalling & CRM Executive to join our growing team in Aurangabad. In this role, you will connect with customers over the phone, manage their details in our CRM system, and help our sales team close more deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers using leads provided by the company.
- Handle inbound customer calls whenever assigned.
- Enter all customer details into the CRM before making calls.
- Update every customer interaction, follow-up, and call outcome in the CRM.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records at all times.
- Use Microsoft Excel for basic data management and reporting.
- Search for new customers using Google Maps, Google Search, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Justdial, and other online platforms.
- Add new leads to the CRM and schedule timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team and share customer feedback regularly.
- Travel locally and regionally for customer visits, dealer meetings, and sales support as required.
- Meet monthly sales targets through effective telecalling and follow-up.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Clear, calm, and pleasant speaking voice.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls daily.
- Willing to travel for sales visits and dealer meetings as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with CRM software.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Previous telecalling or telesales experience.
