Job Summary
We are looking for qualified and motivated Broker Qualified Persons (BQPs) to join our growing insurance broking business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on suitable insurance products, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting business development activities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional guidance to clients on life, health, motor, and general insurance products.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Generate and manage new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients in policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claim-related processes.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and policy documentation.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, and servicing requirements.
- Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to organizational growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid Broker Qualified Person (BQP) Certification is Mandatory.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with BQP certification and experienced insurance professionals are welcome to apply.
- Sound understanding of insurance products and IRDAI regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
