Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Diagnosis Specialist for Electric Vehicles (EV). The candidate will be responsible for identifying technical faults, performing advanced diagnostics, and supporting repair activities to ensure efficient vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, or Mechanical
- EV certification is an added advantage
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge or experienced candidates can apply
Experience:
1–4 years in automobile diagnostics or EV service industry preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of EV systems and components
- Understanding of batteries, BMS, motors, controllers, and charging systems
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and software
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and fault analysis
- Good communication and technical reporting skills
- Safety awareness while handling high-voltage systems
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in EV vehicles
- Analyze faults related to battery, motor, controller, and charging systems
- Perform troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and software
- Support technicians in identifying and resolving complex issues
- Conduct testing and inspection after repairs
- Maintain diagnosis reports and technical records
- Ensure proper service quality and workshop standards
- Coordinate with service advisors and technical teams
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates with EV or automobile diagnostic experience
- Passionate about electric mobility and advanced technology
