Experience Required: 5+ years in Civil Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate Construction ONLY
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager for our Civil Department to lead procurement activities for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing construction materials, vendor development, contract negotiations, cost optimization, inventory planning, and ensuring timely availability of materials while maintaining quality and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for civil construction projects.
- Source and procure cement, steel, aggregates, MEP materials, finishing items, hardware, and construction equipment.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors and maintain approved vendor lists.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
- Prepare and process RFQs, comparative statements, purchase orders, and work orders.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, stores, and finance teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Track supplier performance and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies and project specifications.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase reports, and MIS.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or MBA in Procurement/Supply Chain preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
