The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for providing excellent patient care and support throughout the diagnostic imaging process. The role involves managing patient interactions, assisting with patient preparation for scans, supporting doctors and technicians during procedures, and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients and their attendants.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide patients and attendants in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate patient appointments and maintain smooth patient flow within the department.
- Prepare patients for Ultrasound as per departmental protocols.
- Explain scan procedures and provide necessary instructions to patients before examinations.
- Assist radiologists during scanning procedures when required.
- Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the diagnostic process.
- Support patient handling, including assisting elderly, pediatric, and special-needs patients.
- Ensure patient documentation, consent forms, and relevant records are completed accurately.
- Address patient queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection-control standards within the department.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Handle patient feedback and contribute to enhancing patient satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, Nursing Assistance, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patients with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostic centers, hospitals, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
