Job description:
We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant to join MNC Company. This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals who are passionate about CRM technology and want to build a career in Salesforce consulting. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to configure, customize, and support Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions
- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud features including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, and Reports/Dashboards
- Support configuration tasks such as flows, validation rules, page layouts, and automation
- Participate in data migration, quality checks, and testing activities
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams during implementation cycles
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help resolve issues raised by end users
- Document configurations, processes, and solution designs
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce Sales Cloud environments
- Stay updated with new Salesforce features and releases
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience working with Salesforce (internship/academic project experience considered)
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud modules and CRM concepts
- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder/Flow Builder)
- Good understanding of Objects, Fields, Record Types, and Relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) — preferred
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification — a plus
- Exposure to Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a bonus, though not mandatory
- Prior experience/internship in a Salesforce consulting or IT services environment
