Job Responsibilities
* Visit schools, colleges, and corporate organizations to promote INSD programs.
* Meet admission and revenue targets.
* Recruit, train, and guide the admissions and business development team.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and corporate partners.
* Identify new markets and support business expansion.
* Track daily activities and prepare sales and performance reports.
* Represent the INSD brand in meetings, events, and seminars.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Admissions, or EdTech.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in leading or mentoring a team is an added advantage.
* Proficiency in English and Hindi.
* Willingness to travel for business meetings and events, if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
