1 Holistic understanding of the site
2 Collaborate for Concept drawings as per Design inputs from Team Lead / Design Director / Principal architect
3 Prepare story board for design workshop Presentation
4 Prepare Presentation for design workshop
5 Update Drawings as per client inputs
6 Check signoff drawings as per checklist and ANA standards
7 Prepare Presentation for final signoff
8 Prepare GFMD and coordinate with municipal department in order to finalize the feasibility report
9 Prepare schematic drawings for consultant
10 Co-ordination with consultant & clients with resepct to deliverables & timelines
11 Study and implement inputs given by consultants
12 Check schematic drawings as per checklist and ANA standards
13 Prepare and finalise DD1 drawings
14 Check DD1 drawings as per checklist and ANA standards
15 Prepare and finalise DD2 drawings
16 Check DD2 drawings as per checklist and ANA standards
17 Periodic site visits to check execution as per drawings provided
18 Environmental Clearance meetings and drawing work (if needed)
Responsibility - Operations
1 Internal meeting with PM and other team members
2 Saving all the work on server
3 Guide architects in his/her Design and Technical Knowledge
4 Inspire and motivate the team, fostering a productive work environment.
Pay: ₹10,016.70 - ₹57,953.79 per month
