About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design trends, branding, and social media creatives, especially in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and marketing creatives.
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital marketing campaigns.
- Edit videos and motion graphics for promotional content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
- Design property presentations, standees, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging reels, thumbnails, and advertisement creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Canva
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Preferred)
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication and time management skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Designing, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Designing preferred.
- Freshers with strong portfolios can also apply.
