The HRBP – Employee Relations serves as a strategic and tactical partner to assigned Lines of Business (LoB) on the production floor. Operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, this role is responsible for bridging the gap between operational performance and employee well-being. You will manage complex employee relations, conduct workplace investigations, design retention strategies, and coach frontline Team Leaders (TLs) to ensure full legal compliance while mitigating burnout and attrition.
