We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Success professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients get maximum value from our products/services, building strong relationships, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers
- Onboard new clients and guide them through successful implementation
- Understand client goals and tailor product usage to meet their business needs
- Resolve customer issues promptly and coordinate with internal teams when needed
- Monitor product usage and identify opportunities for upselling or renewals
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM
