About the Role
Qubic Properties is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Executive. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the commercial sector of the Pune real estate market. You will be responsible for managing commercial inquiries, facilitating site visits, and converting leads into successful transactions while maintaining the high service standards of Qubic Properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Proactively handle incoming inquiries for commercial office spaces and retail outlets.
- Market Analysis: Maintain updated knowledge of commercial market trends, rental yields, and property configurations in the Baner and Balewadi regions.
- Client Engagement: Conduct site visits, deliver project presentations, and provide comprehensive consultations to prospective commercial clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Assist in closing commercial deals by coordinating between clients and property owners/developers.
- Database Management: Ensure all client interactions and follow-ups are accurately recorded in the company’s CRM system.
- Documentation: Assist with the preparation of commercial lease/sale agreements, expression of interest (EOI) forms, and necessary compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience specifically in Commercial Real Estate.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with business owners and corporate clients.
- Local Expertise: Sound knowledge of the commercial real estate landscape in Pune, particularly in the Western corridor (Baner/Balewadi).
- Professionalism: Ability to represent Qubic Properties with a high level of professional integrity and a customer-centric approach.
- Tools: Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation.
