Role Overview - CRE - Females Only!!
We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to manage client interactions for our Glass Systems vertical. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, follow up with potential customers, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing product details and solutions.
- Follow-ups: Proactively follow up on leads and past inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and set up meetings with architects, designers, and clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical team to provide accurate information to customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain a database of inquiries, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in customer relations, sales coordination, or business development (preferably in the interior design, architecture, or glass industry).
- Strong communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and customer-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,494.69 per month
