HR Recruiter
We are looking for extraordinary and dynamic Talent Acquisition professionals to be part of our core team in Erode. The ideal candidate must have experience in all areas related to the human resources field.
Roles &Responsibilities
● Managing entire recruitment life cycle,
● Advertise job openings using Multiple channels
● Sourcing and screening of candidates, scheduling interviews and complete follow up until candidate joins.
● Coordinate with stakeholders for recruitment activities,
● Onboarding & Training Process, Joining Formalities and Documentation of New Hires, Implement effective onboarding plans.
● Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
● Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
● Employee Engagement, Discussing, implementing and organizing various events in organization.
● Provide administrative support to Head & Manager HR
● Manage and update HR databases - Leave and Attendance Management
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
