About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Data Research Executive to support our commercial interiors business. The role involves identifying potential clients, researching upcoming commercial projects, generating qualified leads, maintaining accurate databases, and helping the sales team build a strong business pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Research commercial interior fit-out opportunities across corporate offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare, educational institutions, and coworking spaces.
- Identify decision-makers including Facility Heads, Admin Managers, Procurement Teams, Architects, Interior Designers, Project Managers, and Business Owners.
- Build and maintain accurate client databases using LinkedIn, company websites, business directories, and industry portals.
- Generate qualified leads and update CRM on a daily basis.
- Qualify prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development and Sales team.
- Track upcoming office expansions, relocations, and renovation projects.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Market Research, or Data Research.
- Experience in B2B lead generation is preferred.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Strong internet research and database management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and the ability to meet lead generation targets.
Preferred Industry Experience
Commercial Interior Fit-outs, Office Furniture, Building Materials, Architecture, Interior Design, Facility Management, Real Estate, Construction, Workspace Solutions, or B2B Services.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
