Job Summary
We are looking for a Development & Operations (DevOps) Engineer – SCADA Software to develop, integrate, configure, test, deploy, and commission SCADA solutions for Solar, Wind, Hybrid, and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects.
The candidate should understand renewable power plant architecture, electrical systems, communication protocols, and field equipment, and work closely with Engineering, Projects, Software, and Commissioning teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure SCADA applications, graphics, alarms, trends, reports, and databases.
- Integrate Solar, Wind, BESS, PPC, EMS, and SAS with the SCADA platform. Configure and troubleshoot communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, IEC 608705-104, IEC 61850 (preferred), OPC UA, and DNP3.
- Study and understand SLDs, plant layouts, communication architecture, control philosophy, and I/O lists before software development.
- Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), commissioning, deployment, and customer handover.
- Diagnose and resolve field communication and SCADA issues during commissioning and post-deployment support.
Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and customers for successful project execution. Technical Knowledge Working knowledge of renewable energy plant operation and electrical equipment including Solar Inverters, Wind Turbine Generators, BMS, PCS, Transformers, Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, Protection Relays, CT/PT, RMU, HT/LT Panels, Energy Meters, Weather Monitoring Systems (WMS), RTUs, PLCs, Gateways, Ethernet Switches, Fiber Optic Networks, PPC, EMS, SAS, GPS Time Synchronization Systems, and Industrial Communication Networks. Good knowledge of computers and the basic understanding of software.

Work Requirements

-Weekly offs may not necessarily fall on Saturdays and Sundays.

-Ability to work under site conditions while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
