Key Responsibilities Sales & Counselling ▪ Make 250+ outbound calls daily on leads provided by Vedantu. ▪ Understand and analyse each customer's educational requirements and offer suitable Vedantu programs. ▪ Counsel parents and students on the benefits of Vedantu's K-12 live learning programs. ▪ Convert leads into enrollments by achieving assigned monthly and weekly sales targets. ▪ Maintain detailed and accurate call logs, follow-up schedules, and lead status in the CRM system. ▪ Re-engage cold or old leads and run follow-up campaigns to maximize conversion. Process & Quality ▪ Adhere strictly to calling processes, quality benchmarks, and company SOPs. ▪ Log in to the system by 10:30 AM and maintain active login for a minimum of 9 hours. ▪ Ensure a minimum of 200+ dials per day with at least 3 hours of productive talk time. ▪ Coordinate break schedules with the Team Leader to ensure uninterrupted calling operations. ▪ Participate in daily team huddles, training sessions, and product knowledge updates. Customer Experience ▪ Build strong rapport with prospects through effective and empathetic phone communication. ▪ Handle objections confidently and provide accurate information about programs and pricing. ▪ Ensure a high standard of professionalism and customer experience in every interaction.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
