Job Summary:
The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall administrative operations of the organization/institution. The role ensures smooth functioning of administration, HR, facilities, compliance, transport, security, procurement, and support services while maintaining operational efficiency and organizational discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day administrative operations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage office administration, facility management, housekeeping, security, and transport operations.
- Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment, employee records, attendance, and staff welfare.
- Ensure compliance with organizational rules, legal requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and maintenance contracts.
- Prepare administrative budgets and monitor expenses.
- Oversee inventory management and asset maintenance.
- Support management in strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Coordinate meetings, official communication, and reporting systems.
- Ensure smooth coordination among departments for effective functioning.
- Address grievances and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and records.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant administrative leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of office administration and organizational operations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
