Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly communicative and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, a professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions, and experience handling international customers.
This role involves managing customers calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The candidate should be adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities (but not limited to) :
- Manage international clients with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and address concerns promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update systems accurately.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up until resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data security guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
- Maintain productivity and communication while working in a hybrid environment.
- Contribute ideas and feedback for process improvements and operational efficiency.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, International Voice Process, BPO, Call Center, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Experience handling international customers is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may be considered.
- Experience using CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Strong spoken English and customer interaction skills are mandatory.
- Prior experience in voice support, customer success, or client servicing roles will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
