WANTED - LAB TECH
EXPERIENCE - 4-8 YEARS.
SUBSIDISED FOOD AND STAY WILL BE PROVIDED IN CAMPUS.
Key Responsibilities
1. Laboratory Operations Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests (biochemistry, hematology, microbiology, serology, etc.)
- Ensure timely processing and reporting of all samples
- Handle critical and emergency samples efficiently
2. Quality Control & Assurance Maintain internal and external quality control (QC) protocols
- Ensure compliance with NABL / hospital quality standards
- Monitor accuracy and reliability of test results
- Identify and rectify errors or discrepancies
3. Equipment ManagementOperate and maintain lab equipment (analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, etc.)
- Perform regular calibration and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors for servicing and breakdowns
4. Sample Handling-Ensure proper sample collection, labeling, storage, and disposal
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and biomedical waste protocols
- Follow safety standards to prevent contamination and exposure
6. Reporting & DocumentationValidate and authorize test reports before release (as per hospital policy)
- Maintain lab records, logs, and documentation
- Ensure proper use of LIS (Laboratory Information System)
7. CoordinationCoordinate with doctors for urgent and critical reports
- Work with nursing staff for proper sample collection practices
- Communicate effectively with other departments
8. Inventory & Consumables ManagementMonitor stock of reagents, kits, and consumables
- Prevent stock-outs by timely ordering
- Ensure proper storage conditions
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of lab procedures and diagnostics
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Leadership and team management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (LIS, reporting software)
- Ability to handle pressure and emergency cases
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Turnaround time (TAT) of reports
- Accuracy of test results

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
