1. Recruitment & Selection
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Complete joining formalities for new employees.
- Collect and verify employee documents such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Details, Educational Certificates, etc.
- Prepare employee files and maintain personnel records.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Payroll team for salary processing.
- Verify overtime, deductions, and attendance data.
- Assist employees regarding salary and attendance-related queries.
4. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable labor laws.
- Maintain employee records required for statutory inspections.
- Coordinate with government departments regarding labor compliance matters.
- Assist in filing statutory returns and maintaining compliance registers.
5. Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in disciplinary actions and counseling sessions.
- Promote a positive work environment.
6. HR Administration
- Maintain HR databases and employee master records.
- Update employee information on HRMS/Google Drive/Company Records.
- Generate HR reports related to manpower, attendance, attrition, and recruitment.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Compliance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.

- Timely completion of onboarding and payroll activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
