Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support our sales and business development activities. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, tender/project search, CRM management, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to convert opportunities into business. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build customer relationships.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through market research and online platforms.
- Identify relevant tenders, projects, and sales opportunities.
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records, sales activities, and updates in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and sales support.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely response to inquiries.
- Support business growth through regular follow-up and market analysis.
