Debock Organic Farms is a fast-growing FMCG brand specializing in premium spices, pure desi ghee, and edible oils. We are looking for energetic Sales Representatives to grow our retail network and manage product sales at promotional events.
Responsibilities
* Visit retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and distributors to generate sales.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
* Set up and manage sales at promotional events, exhibitions, and canopy stalls.
* Engage with customers at canopy events, explain product benefits, and convert leads into sales.
* Handle billing, payment collection, and inventory during events.
* Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the team for smooth operations.
Requirements
* 1+ year of FMCG sales experience preferred.
* Good communication and selling skills.
* Willing to travel within the assigned area.
* Valid driving license and own two-wheeler preferred.
* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
