Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting patients and visitors, handling appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and hospital departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage patient registrations and appointment scheduling.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain patient records and update information in the hospital management system.
- Provide information regarding hospital services, doctors' schedules, and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and adhere to hospital policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a healthcare setting will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred.
