Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities
- Post and manage job openings across platforms
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation
- Manage attendance and leave records
- Assist in payroll coordination and HR operations
- Address employee queries and provide HR support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support various HR initiatives and administrative tasks
Training & Evaluation
- 2 months of structured training
- Includes HR systems training, process understanding, operational exposure, and performance evaluation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
