Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused, and result-oriented Sales Representative & Client Relationship Executive to join our matrimonial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing client relationships, understanding customer preferences, providing personalized matchmaking assistance, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the client journey.
The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and client interactions.
- Convert enquiries into registrations and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Understand clients' matrimonial preferences and provide suitable matchmaking guidance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with registered clients by offering personalized support.
- Handle client onboarding, profile creation, profile sharing, and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate meetings, discussions, and service updates with clients and internal teams.
- Address client concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally while ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure complete confidentiality of client information and comply with company policies.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, customer feedback, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and increase successful matchmaking outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Customer Service, or the Matrimonial industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
- Good computer proficiency, including MS Office, CRM software, and internet applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with professionalism.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
