Job Summary:
Watch Your Health is looking for a motivated Customer care executive to join our team for Patient Support Program. The role involves reaching out to patients, resolving the customer queries related to the specific product, update the CRM as per expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to patients from the provided database.
- Educate them about the Patient Support Program
- Build rapport with patients and address any queries.
- Maintain call records and follow up as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any Science
- Fluency in Tamil/ Malayalam language . Hindi and English.
- Experience in tele calling /customer service preferred, but freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working from the Thane office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
