We are looking an experienced HVAC Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate HVAC installation, execution, and site activities at the Reliance project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC works are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements while maintaining project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation and site execution activities.
- Monitor the progress of ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives for smooth project execution.
- Manage site manpower, material utilization, and work allocation to achieve project targets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance are maintained.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Verify measurements, work completion status, and preparation of site progress reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of daily site activities, manpower deployment, and material consumption.
- Participate in client meetings, toolbox talks, and project review discussions as required.
- Monitor adherence to project schedules and support timely completion of assigned work packages.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures at the project site.
Required Skills:-
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including ducting, chilled water piping, VRF systems, AHU, FCU, ventilation systems, and equipment installation.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Experience in site execution, manpower supervision, and contractor coordination.
- Knowledge of quality standards and safety practices applicable to industrial and commercial projects.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle site challenges and coordinate effectively with multiple.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
