Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced PLC Programming (Electrical Automation Engineer) to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, HMI development, and electrical control systems.
Responsibilities:
- PLC Programming and HMI Development (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Beckhoff, Delta, Omron & Siemens)
- Design and development of electrical control panels and automation systems
- Experience in robotic automation systems
- Configure communication protocols such as RS-232, TCP/IP, Modbus, CAN and ActiveX
- Work with servo motors, pneumatic systems, load cells, LVDTs and analog/digital sensors
- Prepare BOM, project documentation, SOPs and manuals
- Perform motor, drive, cable and load calculations
- Create electrical drawings using AutoCAD/EPLAN
- Troubleshoot automation systems and handle projects independently
- Coordinate with the mechanical design team for system integration
Required Skills:
- Strong PLC Programming and HMI Development experience
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industrial automation and motion control systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team
