We are looking for an experienced Post-Press & Packaging Supervisor to join our team.
Position: Post-Press & Packaging Supervisor
Experience: 3–5+ years in Printing & Packaging Industry
Employment: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
Supervise post-press and packaging operations.
Handle Die Cutting, Folder Gluing, Foil Stamping, Lamination, Pasting and Packing.
Manage manpower and achieve daily production targets.
Maintain quality and reduce rejection and wastage.
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in the printing/packaging industry.
- Good knowledge of post-press operations and machinery.
- Strong production and manpower management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving ability.
