Recruitment Executive – Overseas Recruitment
Job Summary
The Recruitment Executive is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for overseas employment opportunities. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining client relationships, negotiating with candidates, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements for international clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
- Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, skills, and suitability for overseas assignments.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and talent pipeline.
Client Requirement Management
- Understand client manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Coordinate with overseas clients regarding vacancies, recruitment status, and candidate profiles.
- Ensure timely submission of suitable candidate CVs to clients.
- Meet recruitment targets and project deadlines.
Candidate Coordination
- Communicate job opportunities, salary packages, benefits, and employment terms clearly to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and client selection processes.
- Guide candidates through documentation, visa, medical, and deployment procedures.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Negotiation & Relationship Management
- Negotiate salary expectations and employment terms between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Handle candidate concerns and resolve recruitment-related issues professionally.
Documentation & Compliance
- Verify candidate documents, qualifications, and employment history.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and overseas recruitment regulations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Prepare recruitment reports and status updates for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Additional certification in Recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Overseas Recruitment / International Manpower Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for GCC countries, construction, oil & gas, healthcare, hospitality, retail, IT, or engineering sectors is preferred.
- Experience handling bulk hiring and international client requirements is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals, social media recruitment, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Working Conditions
- Full-time office-based role.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
