Job Description
Role Title: PX Analytics and Reporting Specialist
Location: Pune, India
Purpose of the Role
Design, build, and maintain robust reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical outputs across Global HRIS, Global HRSD, Time & Attendance, and Payroll data domains. Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability while enabling business insight, operational reporting, and decision making aligned with governance and global data standards.
Areas of Responsibility
BI Development & Reporting: Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and scalable reporting solutions, including data modeling in Snowflake and performance optimization
Data Integration & System Reporting: Build and maintain reports and data pipelines across HRIS, Time & Attendance, and Payroll systems, ensuring secure and reliable data flows
Analytics & Insights: Analyze workforce data (e.g., headcount, payroll, absence) and translate it into actionable business insights and trends
Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance through validation, documentation, and governance standards
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to define requirements, enable self-service reporting, and drive global standardization
What You Bring
Experience & Tools: Strong background in BI/analytics with advanced Power BI (DAX, data modeling) and solid Snowflake, SQL, and data transformation skills; experience with HRIS & HRSD reporting and large datasets
5+ Years of experience and a university degree in HR Business Adminstration, Finance or a related field
HR & Data Expertise: Good understanding of HR data domains (e.g., payroll, time, absence, lifecycle) and data integration, ETL, and governance principles
Analytical Capability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn business needs into scalable reporting solutions and actionable insights
Collaboration & Delivery: Experience working in global, cross-functional environments with the ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality results
Mindset & Communication: Strong English communication skills, service-oriented approach, and a data-driven, improvement-focused mindset
