Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Handle PF, ESI, labour law compliance, and other statutory requirements.
- Track employee KPIs, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and productivity dashboards.
- Support employee engagement, training, retention, and policy implementation.
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with various departments to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, PF, ESI, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in KPI monitoring, performance management, and HR reporting.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
