We have the state of art infrastructure equipped with all modern facilities and having workshop space of 75,000 sq. feet at three different locations. We are looking for a dynamic professional from Service function to join our Company.
- To handle the recruitment process starting from pre-screening, shortlisting, conducting interview and final selection.
- To prepare the job descriptions for all positions.
- To facilitate joining & induction of new joinees.
- To implement HR Policies.
- To conduct Performance Appraisals process.
- Employee Engagement initiatives
- Reward & Recognition initiatives
- HR Operations
- To ensure workplace safety procedures and employee discipline.
- Maintaining Employees Data in an effective and efficient manner.
- Administrative activities (Travel Plan, Tickets Booking, Event Management etc)
Qualifications and Experience
1. MBA in Human Resources Management
2. Good knowledge of English & Hindi (Spoken & Written)
3. Good Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Power Point.
Compensation:- Commensurate with qualifications.
