Manage the day-to-day operations of the café or restaurant
Ensure excellent customer service and high levels of guest satisfaction
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff
Prepare employee duty rosters and monitor attendance
Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of food, beverages, and other supplies
Control food costs and minimize wastage
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and financial reporting
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Implement promotional activities and strategies to increase sales
Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and overall ambience of the restaurant
Monitor operational expenses and work towards achieving profitability targets
Prepare operational reports and share business performance updates with management
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
