Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to promote and sell our products/services, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Present and explain products/services to clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and leads.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and customer records.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
